Ter Duinen Hotel School is organizing a Summer School from August 31, 2026, to September 11, 2026. This is an exclusive partnership with VIVES Bachelor Culinary Arts. Students who enroll at VIVES are admitted to the Summer School.

 

Over the course of two weeks, you will be immersed in the fundamentals of culinary arts. The course begins with simple cutting techniques and basic preparations. By the end, you will create gourmet four-course menus. The success of this course lies in its unique approach combined with the expertise of our chefs.

 

The price for the program is €700, excluding accommodation, but including ingredients and lunch.

 

With accommodation at the school hotel, ingredients, and all meals included, the program costs €900.

 

If you would also like to stay over the weekend in between, this is possible for an additional cost of €100.
